Summer Energy Art

Tanglewood

Tanglewood, famed summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and one of the world’s most beloved music festivals, and year-round home of the Tanglewood Learning Institute. The Tanglewood concert season is July 9-August 26. The Tanglewood Learning Institute (TLI.org) offers programming throughout the year.

The Tanglewood season returns in 2021, with BSO Ray and Maria Stata Music Director Andris Nelsons leading six BSO concerts including a concert co-conducted by John Williams, featuring the world premiere of his Violin Concerto No. 2 performed by Anne-Sophie Mutter. This year, you can also watch Tanglewood concerts from home on BSO NOW! Access to view online is available with a weekly, monthly, or seasonal pass which continues through September with extra Tanglewood releases. Find out more at bso.org/now.
