Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas Recreation
• Location: Main Street, Stockbridge, MA • December 6, 2026 • Hours: 12 Noon – 2PM • Restrooms are available at the Town offices on 50 Main Street, Stockbridge, MA. • The event takes place rain, snow or shine. Some activities may move indoors. Antique cars and wagon rides are weather permitting. • Leashed dogs are allowed outside on Main Street (not in indoor activities). Owners are fully responsible for ensuring their dogs remain calm and under control amidst large holiday crowds. They are not allowed on shuttle. • Please have your printed tickets as you arrive on site. NO tickets will be sold on site. If purchasing in a group, all must be present upon admittance. • We cannot accommodate a change in tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. See Main Street as Norman Rockwell did when he painted the famous Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas. Main Street becomes a magical New England village with over 25 antique cars parked along the street (weather permitting) and a full range of festive activities to delight the child in everyone.

Hear holiday music by the Victorian Carolers and Monument Mountain Regional High School. Savor food and seasonal beverages at the Red Lion Inn courtyard. Children may have their face painted, enjoy Stories & Crafts, and complete the day with a visit from Santa, Mrs. Claus & their Reindeer sheep.

Tickets are $5.00 per person, with children under 12 free. Horse-drawn wagon rides by Clay Hill Farm will also be available for an additional fee.

  • A commemorative button will be given to all ticket holders upon arrival, while supplies last. Children under 12 do not need a ticket or button.

We cannot accommodate changes to tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review all information before purchasing and confirm the number of tickets in your cart before completing your purchase.

Sunday Parking

Please note that on Sunday there is no parking on Main Street until 2 PM. Passenger drop-off and pick-up is not permitted on Main Street.

Parking on Sunday is available at Marians on Eden Hill parking lot, 2 Prospect Hill Road. Shuttle service is available from this location from 11 AM–2:30 PM.

Directions to Park & Shuttle: When Main Street is closed to traffic, there is one entrance to the Park & Shuttle area, located at the corner of Vine and Pine Streets. From Main Street, traffic will be directed to enter Vine Street near the Fire Department. Continue straight and the entrance will be on your right.

Shuttle service is offered only between the hours of 11 AM and 2:30 PM.

Animals are not allowed on shuttle.

A limited number of wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are located at 50 Main Street in the Town Offices parking lot. Permits are required.
